organisations create environments where mental health is acknowledged, supported, and

mental health check-ins, and access to reliable resources. In addition, we conduct interactive

Therapy is a structured process where you work with a trained mental health professional to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. It provides a safe space to understand yourself better, develop coping strategies, and work toward emotional well-being.

Yes. Counselling usually focuses on specific, short-term concerns, while therapy often involves deeper exploration of emotional patterns and long-standing issues. However, both aim to support psychological growth and well-being.

Each session typically lasts 45 to 60 minutes.

The first session helps us understand the concerns that brought you in and identify areas that may need deeper exploration. Based on this, we create an assessment plan that guides the therapy process.
